The real, old, winter sweet which will return us with its crusty look and the smell of cinnamon to those lovely days when we, tired and frozen after playing in the snow, gathered in a warm grannie's kitchen.
Ingredients:
| 175 ml | white vine |
| 4 com | apples |
| 150 g | flour |
| 3 com | eggs |
| 1 com | lemon |
| 100 ml | sunflower-oil |
| a bit | lemon's peel |
| 3 tablespoons | sunflower-oil |
Preparation of dough for "nightgown"
Separate the yolks from the whites and mix the whites.

Add 3 yolks and mix it all.

Add oil and wine.

Add the flour gradually and, after that, the lemon peel.

Take a look at the following video and see the necessary thickness of dough (click at the square):
The apples
Peel 3 apples and remove the core.

Cut the apples into disks each 2 cm thick.

Put them into a bowl and pour them over with the lemon juice.

Lemon juice prevents apples from darkening.
Frying
Warm up the oil in a deeper pan or a free cooker.

Wrap the apples up in the prepared dough and fry them in the hot oil for 5 minutes. After frying leave them to strain a little to remove the excess of oil.

Serving
Strew the apples over with sugar powder and a little cinnamon or pour them over with honey. Serve them warm.
