    We have prepared this recipe for everyone who wants to complete their knowledge of preparing goulash and for those that didn't dare start an adventure of preparing this dish, which is a bit complicate but also very tasteful and famous.
    Ingredients:
    600 g   beef meat
    600 g   onions
    250 ml   tomato juice
    1 teaspoon   parsley
    2 tablespoons   of spicey salt
    2 teaspoons   ground red pepper - paprika
    2 com   baz leaves
    to taste   salt
    6 tablespoons   sunflower-oil
    a bit   pepper
    1 teaspoon   basil
    Frying of onion

    Peel the onion and mince it. Fry the onion in already warmed up oil until it becomes golden-yelow.




    When the onion is fried enough, pour some water and leave it to brais for about 20 minutes.




    In the meantime, cut the meat into cubes.




    Cooking of goulash


    Add 2 tea-spoons of paprika, a few leaves of laurel and the meat to the fried onion.




    Pour some water, mix it, add persley and leave it to be cooked for a while.




    Pour in some water from time to time if it is necessery.




    Final part


    Add spicy salt and tomato juice to the goulash about 15 minutes before it is finished. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    At the end, add a teaspoon of basil and cook it for 2-3 minutes more.




    Serving

    Serve the goulash with macaroni or with mashed potato.
