If you can’t commend yourself with some skill in preparing various salty pies, you prepare the browned macaroni with cheese. Don’t worry, nobody will see or feel the difference.
Ingredients:
| 300 g | macaroni |
| 100 g | milk |
| 300 g | feta cheese |
| 3 com | eggs |
| 10 ml | sunflower-oil |
| by wish | salt |
| a bit | salt |
Cooking of macaronis
Warm up water in an adequate vessel and salt it well.

When the water is boiled, add the macaronis and boil them until they become soft.

Preparation of coating
Break the eggs and beat them.

Add the chesse and squash it well.

Pour the milk.

Pour the oil and mix all.

Salt the coating to taste. If you are using feta chesse, pay attention that it is very salty and that you maybe will not need to salt it at all. If you are using some less salty type of cheese, you will have to salt the coating.
You should achieve at the end the coating of the folowing thickness:
Baking
Pour the macaronis into a refractary vessel and pour them over with the coating.

Bake the macaronis in a oven to 220°C for 15 minutes to become reddish.
If you are using a refractary vessel, put the macaronis in a cold oven and then turn it on. Otherwise, the vessel could crack. The time of baking calculate from the moment when the oven become warm enough.
Serving
Serve the macaronis warm.
