    The majority of us like the sea and feel nostalgia for it during the winter months. There is no better cure against the sorrow than deliciously prepared food and the sea speciality like this one is the best choice for this case.
    Ingredients:
    800 g   calamari
    50 ml   white vine
    200 g   yellow cheese
    2 cloves   garlic
    2 tablespoons   breadcrumbs
    2 teaspoons   of spicey salt
    1 tablespoon   parsley
    50 ml   olive-oil
    Preparation of filling

    Clean the squids (if you didn't buy a cleaned ones), mince the feelers and put them into a middle size vessel.




    Grate the cheese and add it to the vesell with the feelers.




    Add breadcrumbs, persley and the pressed garlic.




    Mix the filling well.




    Filling of squids


    Fill the squids with the filling and join the ends with toothpicks.




    Frying of squids


    Warm up olive oil in a frying pan and fry the squids for 6-7 minutes for each side.




    Strew over the squids with spicy salt, pour the wine (50 ml) and cook it all briefly.
