One package of squids, some spices, big frying-pan and just a little skillfulness is everything you need to make possible to yourself to taste a part of Brazilian magic in your own home.
Ingredients:
| 1 kg | calamari |
| 150 g | flour |
| by wish | salt |
| tablespoon | sunflower-oil |
| by wish | pepper |
Preparation
Clean the squids, cut them into small disks and wash them well.

We are recommending you to cut every squid into 3 equal parts.
Add salt and pepper in flour and mix it all well.

Frying
Pour oil in the frying-pan and warm it up.

Wrap squids up in flour and put them into the frying-pan.

Fill in the frying-pan properly but leave enough space to roll them over.
Shake down the excess of flour before you put the squids into the frying-pan. The squids in the frying-pan mustn't be in touch with each other because they can get glued together.
Fry the squids in hot oil until they achieve the golden yellow colour.

Serving
You can serve the squids with slices of lime.
