A perfectly simple supplement of heavy cream and champignons is an excellent ingredient of everyday table, but its simplicity shouldn't be the reason to omit this specialty during festivities.
Ingredients:
| 425 ml | a can of choped champignons |
| 200 ml | sweet cream |
| 1 bulb | onion |
| 2 com | clavos |
| 2 tablespoons | starchs flour |
| 2 tablespoons | sunflower-oil |
| 1 tablespoon | pepper |
| a bit | salt |
Preparation
Peel and mince the onion.

Cut the champignons into little leaves.

For the preparation of sauce you can use fresh or preserved champignons. The preparation is simpler if you use the preserved mushrooms.
Pour oil to cover the bottom of a pan.

Fry the onion.

Add the champignons.

Pour milk cream and cook for few minutes.

If the sauce is not thick enough you have to add strach-flour in it.

Add pepper and a few cloves.

Salt the sauce to taste.
