Simple and fast preparation of this warm entrance of piquant taste makes it more than excellent choice for all lovers of mushrooms and high-seasoned food.
Ingredients:
| 300 g | fresh champignons |
| 5 com | grape vine leaves |
| 2 cloves | garlic |
| a bit | sweet marjorom |
| teaspoon | ginger powder |
| a bit | pepper |
| 5 tablespoons | sunflower-oil |
| a bit | salt |
Preparation
Wipe the champignons with a clean dishcloth and separate handles from hats.
Pour oil in a refractory dish and cover it with the grape leaves.
Keep in mind that a refractory or other vessel has to be suitable for serving, too.
Range the champignons the way we did in the photo to keep their juice inside.
Preparation of spice mixture
Press the garlic or mince it.
Add salt, pepper, ginger and sweet marjoram in the bowl with the pressed garlic and mix it all well.

Bake the champignons in the oven preheated to150°C for 10 minutes. After they are baked, range the mixture of spices evenly in every hat.
Serving
Serve the entrance warm.
