Ingredients:
| 150 g | pickled gherkins |
| 250 g | tost cheese |
| 150 g | hams |
| 250 g | cheese |
| 200 g | sour milks |
| to taste | pepper |
| to taste | salt |
Preparation
Cut the ham into small cubes.

Cut the pickled gherkins into small cubes, too.

Filling
Grate the cheese into a bigger bowl.

Add the ham, pickled gherkins and curdled milk.

Sprinkle with pepper and mix it all well.

Cheese crust
Range the toast cheese in a baking dish in such a manner that edges of leaves of the toast cheese are folding over each other.

This is necessary for the process of merging of different pieces of cheese into one entity. Otherwise, you will not be able to make a roll.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum folio.

Leave the cheese for 10 minutes in oven preheated to100°C.
Filling
Take out the cheese from the baking dish and, if it's necessary, level it with a rolling-pin.
Take out the cheese while it's still lukewarm so that you could level the surface and to roll it up without cracking.
Fill the cheese with prepared filling.

Roll the cheese and wrap it up in transparent folio. Leave the roll in refrigerator for half an hour. When the roll is cooled, cut it into the disks 1 cm wide.
