    Chicken roller fried in breadcrumbs

    This interesting combination of chicken meat, vegetables and spices deserves to get some effort from your side to prepare it because it plunders with its appearance and delights with its taste.
    Ingredients:
    600 g   chicken fillets
    50 g   black olives
    1 clove   garlic
    2 com   eggs
    300 g   tomatoes
    80 g   breadcrumbs
    1/2 l   sunflower-oil
    1 tablespoon   minced parsley
    1 tablespoon   basil
    Prepare a mallet, plastic wrap, toothpicks, a deeper pan and a bigger pan.


    Preparation


    Cover the chicken file with the plastic wrap and pound it with the mallet until it is 0,5 cm thick.




    Filling


    Peel the tomatoes, remove seeds and cut the tomatoes into cubes.




    Cut the olives longitudinally.

    Press the garlic.

    Add persley, spicy salt and basil.




    Add the pressed garlic, the olives and olive oil.




    Mix it all well.




    Roller

    Fill every filet with the prepared filling and roll it up.




    Fix the ends with toothpicks.




    Put the roller in a separate bowl.




    Frying


    Coat the roller in flour; dip it into the beaten eggs and coat it in breadcrumbs.




    Fry in hot oil for 10 minutes. When they are finished take them out of the pan, remove the toothpicks and serve them.
