If soy is main ingredient of soy sauce and if tomato is main ingredient of tomato sauce ad simile a simili you can conclude that main ingredient of Alfredo sauce is Alfredo. Luckily, this sauce can be made from butter, sour cream and cheese so you can have Alfredo for dessert.
Ingredients:
100 g   grated parmigiano
500 ml   sour cream
2 cloves   garlic
400 g   Fettuccini pasta
80 g   butter
1/2 teaspoon   ground white pepper
to taste   salt
Preparation

Peel and mince garlic.



Cooking of pasta

Pour water in adequate size pan, cover it and bring to boil. Add salt and pasta into boiling water. Cook uncovered on medium heat for 10-12 minutes.

When the pasta is cooked, strain water, cover pasta and leave aside.



The time of boiling of paste is usually marked on a package. In that case, follow the instruction.

Sauce

Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat and fry garlic lightly (for about a minute).



Add 3 dcl of sour cream and cook for 3-4 minutes stirring all the time. Remove from the heat, add pepper and mix well.



The sauce preparation will be much easier if you first beat sour cream.

Pour this sauce into the pan with pasta, add the rest of sour cream, about 80 g of parmigiano and salt to taste. Warm it up for 1-2 minutes stirring all the time.



Serving

Serve pasta garnished with fresh or dried parsley. You can also serve the rest of parmigiano with it.
