| 1 com | onion |

| 1 teaspoon | pepper |
| 5 tablespoons | sunflower-oil |

Preparation of filling
Mince the onion.

Pour oil into a suitable vessel and warm it up. When the oil is warmed enough, add the onion.

Fry the onion a little and add the grinded meat.

Right after that, add spices, salt and pepper.

Add spicey salt for better taste and paprika for nice reddish colour of meat.

Add an egg to tight up the mixture right after the seasoning.

Pour water in a middle size vessel and salt it.

Put water to begin to boil. When it is boiled, take the vessel off the range and run down the grape leaves for a few minutes until they get soft and start changing their colour.

Filling of rolls
Take a grape leaf and put a teaspoon of the prepared filling in the center.

Wrap the rolls up the way it is shown.

Cooking of grape leaf rolls
