    There are some dishes that you simply have to know how to make. Lasagnas are one of them. Besides, this traditional combination of grinded meat, cheese and tomato sauce is an exellent choice for all fans of Italian cuisine.
    Ingredients:
    350 g   minced meat
    250 ml   tomato pure
    80 g   yellow cheese
    250 ml   tomato juice
    500 ml   milk
    40 g   yellow cheese
    1 teaspoon   oregano
    1 teaspoon   spicy salt
    1 teaspoon   thyme
    1 com   rosemary branch
    100 g   flour
    1 teaspoon   pepper
    to taste   salt
    250 g   dough for lasagnas
    70 ml   sunflower-oil
    1 teaspoon   basil
    60 ml   sunflower-oil
    to taste   salt
    Preparation of bechamel sauce

    Pour oil into an adequate vessel. When the oil is warm enough, add flour stirring all the time. Fry the flour a few minutes only. After that, slowly pour the milk. Salt to taste and add the cheese.




    Pay attention that the flour should get only the light yellow colour. It must not get darker.



    Slowely pour the milk stirring fast all the time to avoid the creating of crumbles.


    Preparation of bolognese sauce


    Pour the oil into an adequate vessel. When the oil is worm enough, put the meat and fry it shortly.




    If you want to have a meal of lower caloric value, half of the amount of meat replace with soy.


    Pour the tomato juice and tomato puree into the fried meat.




    Let the sauce to get boiled and add spices. After that boil the sauce for ten minutes.






    Add a small branch of rosemary and boil sauce for ten minutes more. Don't forget to take the rosemary out after that.




    Filling of dough


    Pour the oil in a refractory vessel. Put a line of dough, a line of bechamel sauce and a line of bolognese sauce. Repeat the act until you consume all ingredients.






    Bake for 45 minutes on temperature of 220°C. When lasagnas are baked, strew them over with cheese.




    Serving


    Serve the lasagnas warm.
