We prepared for you another variety of moussaka, a traditional meal from the Eastern Mediterranean, but this time, it is prepared with the onion and mozzarella.
Ingredients:
| 500 g | minced meat |
| 50 g | mozzarella |
| 1 kg | leek |
| 1 com | sour cream |
| 1 bulb | onion |
| 150 ml | tomato juice |
| 2 com | baz leaves |
| a bit | parsley |
| a bit | pepper |
| a bit | salt |
| a bit | sunflower-oil |
Preparation
Mince the onion and braise it.

In the meantime, wash and clean the leek and cut it into small disks.

Pour water in a bigger pan and salt it.

Add the leek to the boiling water and leave it to cook for 5 minutes. Strain the leek after you finish the cooking.

Add the strained tomatoes to the onion after you fry it a little and leave it all to cook for about 10 minutes.

Add the meat and leave the sauce to be cooked for another 15 minutes.

Add parsley and laurel.

Filling
Aline a layer of leek and a line of sauce. Repeat the procedure until you spend all the ingredients.

Put over the heavy cream and arange it evenly.

At the end, grate the cheese over and leave it in an oven preheated to 200°C for about 20 minutes to brown.
