These quickly and simply prepared little pieces of chicken meat are, thanks to the supplement of chili, real “sweets” for all lovers of hot bites.
Ingredients:
| 500 g | chicken fillets |
| 100 g | flour |
| 2 teaspoons | of spicey salt |
| 1 teaspoon | chilli |
| 40 ml | sunflower-oil |
Preparation
Cut the chicken meat into cubes of size 2 x 2cm.

Put the chicken in a bigger dish, add two tea-spoons of spicey salt and one or two tea-spoons of chili, depends how sharp you want it to be, and mix all well.

Frying
Pour oil into a bigger pan and preheat on the higher temperature.

You will espy that the oil is warm enough by its typical smell.
Wrap the meat in flour.

Put the meat into the pan slowely. Fill up the whole pan. Fry every side of the chicken for 3-4 minutes.

When the chicken is finished, take it out of the pan.
Serving
Sirve the chicken warm with French fries or with mashed potatoes.
