The salty cake, one of the most current appetizers today, with filling of ham, pickled gherkins and cream cannot be considered a wrong choice, no matter who you are expecting to be your guest.
Ingredients:
| 250 g | kaymak |
| 200 g | of ham |
| 100 g | creamy cheese |
| 50 g | pickled gherkins |
| 200 g | yellow cheese |
| 1 com | baking powder |
| 6 com | eggs |
| 3 com | eggs |
| 3 tablespoons | flour |
| a bit | salt |
| 3 tablespoons | sunflower-oil |
Preparing of crust
Separate yolks from whites and mix the whites.

The whites are mixed enough when a wire leaves a clear trace during the mixing or when the mixed whites stay in the vessel when you turn it upside down.
Add 6 yolks and mix it all.

Pour the oil.

Mixing slowly add flour, baking powder and salt.

After adding the flour do not use a hand-mixer anymore, because otherwise the dough could "fall down". Just mix it slow and manual.
Spread a baking dish over with oil and pour the dough into it.

Bake the crust for 10 minutes in the oven preheated to 200°C.

Our advice to you is to turn on the oven before you start mixing the dough.
Preparation of the filling
Mince the hard-boiled eggs.

[Do the same with the pickled gherkins.

In a dipper dish put the kaymak, gherkins and eggs.

Grate the ham and mix it all well.

Filling
When the crust is cooled, spread it over with creamy cheese.

Fill the crust with the prepared filling and grate cheese over it.

Serving
Cut the cake into triangles of the size of a bite using a sharp knife.
