    Spaghetti alla Carbonara

    Move to your own table the Italian specialty in which you could enjoy only at restaurants. The fact that you need only about 20 minutes for that is a reason more to get yourself busy.
    Ingredients:
    100 g   pancettas
    50 g   sour cream
    1 clove   garlic
    100 g   parmigiano
    to taste   salt
    400 g   spaghetti
    to taste   pepper
    2 tablespoons   olive-oil
    Preparation of sauce


    Cut the bacon into thin strips.

    Mince the garlic or press it.

    Pour oil into an adequate pan.

    When the oil is warm enough, add the bacon and fry it until becomes crispy.




    Leave the bacon to get cool a bit and add the garlic, pepper and spicy salt.




    Add rosemary, grated cheese and heavy cream.



    Pay attention not to put garlic and cheese into an overheated vessel. They will obtain a bitter taste what would spoil aroma of the sauce.


    Mix the added ingredients slowely.



    Preparation of spaghetti


    Pour water, salt and oil into a bigger pan.





    For better taste of spaghetti, salt the water to achieve the salinity of seawater.



    Put the spaghetti in the boiled water.



    The time of boiling of paste is usually marked on a package but, if you are not sure, you will not be wrong if you take it off the range, cover it and leave it to soften slowely. Pay attention not to overboil it.


    Pass the spaghetti throught a strainer.




    Pour over the spaghetti with the prepared sauce.
