Tonight he wants to drink yogurt and you would like to drink beer. But, what for supper? Well, that’s easy! The Spanish pie is excellent base for the both drinks and the fast and easy preparation will enable him to make it while you are at store buying drinks.
Ingredients:
| 200 g | of ham |
| 200 g | fresh champignons |
| 200 g | Edam cheese |
| 50 g | pickled gherkins |
| 1 com | baking powder |
| 4 com | eggs |
| 2 tea-cups | flour |
| to taste | salt |
| by wish | pepper |
| 1 tea-cup | sunflower-oil |
Turn on oven to 200°C before you start preparing the pie.
Preparation
Clean and slice champignons.

Cut ham and pickled gherkins into small cubes.

Grate Edam cheese on side of grater with big holes.

Dough Testo
Put flour in a bigger bowl, add baking soda and mix well.

Add eggs and oil and stir well. It isn’t necessary to add any liquids, eggs and oil are sufficient to achieve the compact dough.

Look the following video to see the necessary thickness of the sauce:
Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add ham and champignons.

Add pickled gherkins and grated Edam cheese and mix well.

Baking
Oil a mold and spread the dough evenly. Bake the pie in oven preheated to 200°C for around 30 minutes.

Serving
Serve the pie warm.
