A little bit of Paris in your own home. Tasteful and juicy apple pie with supplement of brown sugar from now on should be irreplaceable Sunday dessert.
Ingredients:
| 1 com | frostily puffed pastry |
| 300 g | brown sugar |
| 1 kg | apple |
| 50 g | butter |
Preparation
Spread over a smaller baking dish with butter.

Strew over working surface with thin layer of the flour and spread the pastry to the size of the baking dish.

Range the brown sugar into the baking dish.

Peel the apples.

During the shopping, choose apples of similar size.
Slice the apples.

Range the sliced apples into the baking dish thickly.

Cover the apples with the pastry, put into the oven preheated to 200°C and bake for 15 minutes.

Decoration
You can decorate the tartatan with a cream or strew it over with cinnamon.
