    The tartly pottage has the good reputation with reason. Apart from being very tasteful, it is very easy to prepare. It is convenient for everyday menu and for festivities, too.
    Ingredients:
    500 g   pork meat
    200 g   carrots
    200 g   parsley roots
    2 tablespoons   sour cream
    1 bulb   onion
    2 com   baz leaves
    1 tablespoon   spicy salt
    1 com   lemon
    bunch   parsley
    a few   corn of pepper
    1 com   egg
    a bit   salt
    a bit   sunflower-oil
    Preparation


    Wash the meat and cut it into small cubes.




    Cut the parsleys and carrots into disks.




    Make the oil warm in an adequate pan and then fry the parsley and carrot in it.




    In the meantime, fry the onion on the range.




    When the parsley and carrot are fried, add spicy salt, pepper-corns and salt.



    Add the meat, onion and leaves of laurel.




    After that, pour the water and put the soup to be cooked.




    In the meantime, mix one egg and two table-spoons of heavy cream. Mix it until it becomes almost liquid.




    While the soup is being cooked, squeeze one lemon.




    When the soup is cooked, add gradually, stirring all the time, the mixture of cream and egg.




    Add the lemon juice and teared parsley leaves.




    Serving

    Serve the tartly pottage warm.
