Although it comes from Mexico, burrito is well known and recognized all over the world. The first time you can make it to see why it is like that, and the second time you will prepare it because it is one of your favorites.

Ingredients for 4 persons

8 comtortilla

Filling

a bitsalt
100 gbell peppers
4 tablespoonshot salsa
30 gyellow cheese
a bitsunflower-oil
80 gsweet corn
50 gEdam cheese
400 gminced beef
1 clovesgarlic

Preparation



Clean the bell pepper, remove the seeds and cut it into small cubes.



Frying



Pour oil into a saucepan and worm it up.



Add the minced meat y fry lightly for few minutes.



Add the bell pepper and the pressed garlic and fry it for about 10 minutes.



Pour in the water and cook around 15 minutes.



Add the salsa and the sweet corn, salt it and mix it well.



Grate the both cheeses in the filling.



Filling of tortillas



Put approximately 3 teaspoons of the filling on one side of tortilla.

Pay attention that you have eight tortillas to fill.



Wrap the tortilla tucking in both ends.



Use a toothpick to clamp the tortilla tight.

Range the tortillas in the baking dish and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C around 5-10 minutes.



Serving



Serve the burrito with a few leaves of green salad.
