Nobody can deny the phenomenal taste of well prepared chicken fillets but when you want to refresh a bit the content of your table, the easiest way is to do that is with a little of peanuts and soy sauce.
Ingredients for 4 persons
| 100 g | unfried peanuts |
|---|---|
| 700 g | chicken fillets |
| 2 teaspoons | of curry |
| a bit | sunflower-oil |
| 2 teaspoons | soya sauce |
| 1 tablespoons | of spicey salt |
Preparation of coating
Put a dish-cloth over the peanuts and brey them well.
Add soy sauce and curry in the peanuts and mix all.
Preparation of chicken meat
Season the chicken meat with spicy salt or salt it.
Spread over a baking dish with oil or butter.
Strew over the chicken meat with the prepared coating.
Bake the chicken in oven preheated to 220°C for 15-20 minutes.
Serving
Serve the dish warm with rice.
