Cutlets with potatoes are tasteful but usual meal. If you want to refresh their taste and improve their look it is enough to serve them with this tomato sauce that is easy to prepare.
Ingredients for 4 persons
| 600 g | pork steaks |

| by wish | salt |
| 425 ml | peeled tomatoes |
| 1 tablespoons | tomato pure |
| 1 tablespoons | butter |
| 1 teaspoons | oregano |
| 1 com | onions |
| 3 tablespoons | olive-oil |
| a bit | pepper |
| 50 g | olives |
Preparation of sauce
Mince the onion.
Blend the tomatoes or cut them into small cubes.
Cut the olives longitudinally.
Warm up oil in a middle size vessel and fry the onion.
Add the minced tomatoes and tomatoe puree.
Add salt and pepper into the sauce and leave it to be cooked for 10 minutes.
Add the olives and leave the sauce to be cooked for 5 more minutes.
Frying of chops
Pour oil into a frying pan and put a piece of butter (for better aroma) and warm up.
Put the chops in the hot oil slowly.
Add salt and pepper and strew over with oregano.
Serving
The chops prepared in this manner serve with some french fries.
