This refreshing mixture of seasonal vegetables and feta cheese is an obligatory companion of every traditional Greek dish, and it is suitable for combining with the dishes of some other cuisines.

| 50 g | olives |
| 2 tablespoons | olive-oil |
| 150 g | onions |
| 2 com | carrots |
| 250 g | cucumbers |
| 200 g | feta cheese |
Preparation
Cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into small cubes and cut the onion into slices.[/p]
Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
Put all the ingredients into a bigger bowl.
Season the salad with olive oil and vinegar.
Strew it over with oregano and spicy salt.
Mix all the ingredients well.
