We are offering to you this tasteful salad with two equally tasteful coatings. You just have to decide which will be the one.
Ingredients for 4 persons
| 100 g | of ham |

| 1 teaspoons | chives |
| 100 g | pickled gherkins |
| by wish | pepper |
| a bit | of spicey salt |
| 100 ml | sunflower-oil |
| 50 g | sweet corn |
| a bit | of spicey salt |
| 2 cloves | garlic |
| 100 g | mayonnaise |
| 4 teaspoons | apple vinegar |
| 100 g | yellow cheese |
| by wish | salt |
| 250 ml | yogurts |
| 1 teaspoons | chives |
| 2 teaspoons | mustard |
Preparation of yogurt coating
Add the chives into the dish with mayonnaise.
Mince the garlic and add it to the dish.
Add a teaspoon of spicy salt.
Pour yogurt and mix it all slowly.
Preparation of mustard coating
Put two teaspoons of mustard, one teaspoon of chives and one teaspoon of spicy salt into a middle size dish.
Add apple vinegar, oil and a little bit of salt and pepper.
Mix this coating well. You can use a hand-mixer to do that.
Preparation of salad
Cut the ham into thin strips.
Cut the pickled gherkins and cheese in the same way.
Put the pickled gherkins and cheese into a bigger dish.
Add already cooked sweet corn to the salad and mix it all well.
Pour over the salad with one of these two coatings.
