This piquant salad, whose main ingredients is bell pepper, is characteristic for some parts of Serbia and represents the excellent choice if you are preparing roasted or grilled meat.
Ingredients for 4 persons
| 1 teaspoons | of spicey salt |
|---|---|
| 2 tablespoons | vinegar |
| 2 cloves | garlic |
| a bit | salt |
| 1 dcl | water |
| 4 tablespoons | sunflower-oil |
| 1 kg | bell peppers |
Preparation
Bake every side of the bell peppers on a range or on a electric grill.
Peel and clean the bell peppers. You can remove the seeds and stems, but our advice to you is not to do that because this way all the juices will stay inside the bell peppers.
Before you start peeling the bell peppers, wrap them up in plastic wrap and leave them on a warm place for a while. You will peel the bell peppers easier in this manner.
Preparation of coating
Pour oil into a small dish and add the pressed garlic.
Add salt and spicy salt.
Pour more water and vinegar and put the coating on a hot range.
Pour over the bell peppers with the coating, serve them and enjoy the taste.
