    The basis for this rich and aromatic dish is sole, vegetables and, certainly, wine. Add to this suitable atmosphere a pair of lighted candles and a rose, and the romantic dinner for your loved one can begin.

    Ingredients for 2 persons

    3 bulbs onions
    1 com leeks
    to tastepepper
    8 comcarrots
    50 gceleries
    to tastesalt
    2 tablespoonslemon juice
    8 comparsley roots
    100 mlwhite vine
    8 comhake fillets
    1 comlemon's peel
    8 comparsley

    Preparation of vegetables




    Peel the onion and cut it into fine rings.




    Clean the carrot and cut it into small cubes.






    Clean the parsley and cut it into small cubes.






    Clean the celery and cut it into small cubes.






    Cut the leek into small disks.




    Cooking




    Warm up the white wine in a refractory dish of suitable size.




    Range the vegetables in a vessel: a line of leek, a line of onion, a line of celery, a line of carrot and, at the end, a line of parsley.






    Cook the dish for 10 minutes.




    After that, add the lemon peel, salt and pepper.




    Pour the filets over with lemon juice, salt them and range in the vessel with vegetables.




    Cook for 5 minutes more.
