Ingredients for 6 persons
|200 g||fresh champignons|
|50 g||pickled gherkins|
|200 g||of ham|
|1 com||of baking powder|
|200 g||Edam cheese|
Clean and slice champignons.
Cut ham and pickled gherkins into small cubes.
Grate Edam cheese on side of grater with big holes.
Put flour in a bigger bowl, add baking soda and mix well.
Add eggs and oil and stir well. It isn’t necessary to add any liquids, eggs and oil are sufficient to achieve the compact dough.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add ham and champignons.
Add pickled gherkins and grated Edam cheese and mix well.
Oil a mold and spread the dough evenly. Bake the pie in oven preheated to 200°C for around 30 minutes.
Serve the pie warm.
