  • La preparación simple y rápida de esta entrada caliente de sabor picante lo hace una selección excelente para todos adoradores de champiñones y comida condimentada.

    5 hojas de vid
    300 gde champiñones frescos
    un poco de de sal
    5 cucharasde aceite de girasol
    cucharillasde jengibre en polvareda
    un poco demayorana
    un poco dede pimienta
    2 dientesde ajo
    Friega champiñones con manopla limpia y, después, aparta asideros de bonetitas.



    Unta vasija refractaria con aceite y tápale en su interior con hojas de vid.

    La vasija refractaria o alguna otra tienen que ser conveniente para servir.



    Después, pon los champiñones como en la foto para quedar el líquido dentro de ellos.



    Exprima ajo blanco o desmenuzarlo.



    En vasija en que está ajo desmenuzado, añade sal, pimienta, jengibre, mayorana y mezcla todo bien.





    Asa los champiñones al horno. Reparte proporcionadamente la mezcla de condimentos en cada bonetita.



    Sirve la entrada caliente.
