Sweet and Salty Pork
The "sweet and salty" pairing has probably surprised you a little already, and the fact that it describes nothing less than pork probably surprised you even more. The good taste, though, will not surprise you, because by now you know there are no other kinds of dishes here.

Wash the pork (lean meat), dry it well and cut it into strips.

Crush garlic with Garlic Press or chop it (mince) into bits with Chef's knife.

Cut the cucumbers into sticks.

Cut the onion into thin wedges.

Cut the mushrooms and the red pepper into strips.

Cut the pineapple into small cubes, or save time by buying canned pineapple chunks.

Heat the oil in a wok or a deep frying pan, add the pork and the garlic and fry for 3–4 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the onion to the fried meat.

Add a tablespoon each of soy sauce and sugar.

Salt to taste and add pepper.

Add the cucumbers and the pepper.

Add the mushrooms and the pineapple. With everything in, fry for another 2–3 minutes.

Tip: If the vegetables do not release enough liquid, add a tablespoon or two of water.
