La mayoria de nosotros quiere mar y siente nostalgia por él durante los meses invernales. No existe mejor medicamento en contra la tristeza que comida gustosa y la especialidad marina como esta es una selección perfecta por este acaso.

800 gde calamares
50 mlde vino blanco
1 cucharasde perejil
2 cucharillas de sal sazonada
2 cucharasmigas de pan
50 mlde aceite de olivas
2 dientesde ajo
200 g de kashkaval

Preparación de mezcla



Limpia calamares (en acaso si no los comprabas limpios), desmenuza piernas y ponlas en vasija de tamaño medio.



Ralla queso y añádelo en la vasija con calamares.



Añade migas de pan, perejil y ajo prensado.



Mixtura la mezcla bien.



Relleno de calamares con mezcla



Llena los calamares con la mezcla y cierra los fines con palillos.



Freír calamares



Calienta aceite de olivas en sartén y fríe los calamares unos 6-7 minutos por cada lado.



Dispersa sal sazonada sobre los calamares, vierte vino(50 ml) y deja hervir brevemente.
