    Esta mixtura fresca de verduras temporeras y queso es acompañamiento obligatorio de cada un plato griego tradicional favorable para combinarla con alguna otra cocina

    200 gde queso feta
    500 g tomates
    1 cucharas
    50 gde olivas
    2 cucharasde aceite de olivas
    150 gde cebolla
    2 zanahorias
    250 g pepinos

    Preparación



    Corta tomates y pepinos en cubitos y cebolla en rebanadas.



    Corta queso feta en cubos.



    Pon todos ingredientes en una vasija larga.





    Sazona la ensalada com aceite de olivas y vinagre.



    Esparce sobre con orégano y sal sazonada.



    Mezcla todos los ingredientes bien.
