Rollo de pollo empanado

La combinación interesante de pollo, verduras y condimentos que vale la pena hacer un poco de esfuerzo para prepararla porque provoca con su aspecto y encanta con su sabor.

600 g de filetes de pollo
1 cucharasde albahaca
80 gmigas de pan
0.5 lde aceite de girasol
50 gde olivas negras
2 huevos
300 g tomates
1 cucharasde perejil cortado
1 dientesde ajo

Prepara un martillo de carne, un film plástico, unos palillos, una sartén y una vasija grande.

Preparación



Tapa un filete de pollo con un film plástico y martíllalo en medio de centímetro de gordaza.



Masa para relleno



Descorteza tomates, saca semillas y córtalos en cubos.



Corta olivas lateralmente.



Prensa ajo.



Añade perejil, sal sazonada y albahaca.



Añade el ajo prensado, las olivas cortadas y aceite de olivas.



Todo mezcla bien.



Rollo



Pon la masa en cada filete y enrólalos.



Cierra los fines con palillos.



Pon los rollos en una vasija.



Freír



Pon cada rollo en harina, después, en los huevos batidos y, en fin, en migas de pan.



Fríe los rollos en aceite calentado por unos 10 minutos. Cuando están terminados, sácalos de la sartén, saca los palillos y sírvelos.
